We all had our own thoughts on which model made the most sense given the need, but we all had one model on our list. That Eric could stand to save some money by getting one headset for use with his PC and iPhone. As you might imagine, a recommendation could go in many directions. One for use with his PC, and the other for his Apple iPhone for work calls. The question that was asked by Eric Green on our Podcast indicates that he is looking for two headsets. Only then will you be able to make a product recommendation that’s right for what the customer needs. In making any proper product recommendation, it’s always good to ask questions so that you have a good understanding of the customer's needs. This is commonly referred to as remote call answering. Maybe it means a headset that not only works with Microsoft Teams, but one that will allow you to answer and end calls while away from the desk. ![]() That could definitely be one perspective. One that allows you to hear, and be heard while on a Team's call. A headset that will work with Microsoft Teams?
